Information You Need

How do I make a purchase?

Please do not make payment without sending me a screenshot email of your cart with the product you've chosen, or a typed email of what your order is. Send me the payment through my venmo (@lameescrochetplace), and once payment is made, I will happily start making your product. For more information about this, check my instagram page (located at the footer of my website)!

How do I pay?

For payment information, see the question and answer above. My Venmo account is @lameescrochetplace and this is the only way we accept payments. Please email lameescrochetplace@gmail.com for any questions. Don't hesitate to reach out!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of each product, since they are customized for each person, there is no option for a return. If, for some reason, there is inability to complete your product, a refund will be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you sell gift cards?

I do not sell gift cards in the traditional sense, but am happy to send a 'digital card' once a certain product price has been agreed on. The email notifying the recipient that they have been gifted a product of a certain value will be sent once payment is received. Disclaimer

I strive for each of my products to be excellent in workmanship.  I also strive for the product requested to be like the picture, but as with all handcrafted art, there will be slight differences in each product.  This is a natural occurrence.  Thank you for your trust and understanding.

What payment methods do you accept?

I only accept Venmo as payment. If you'd like to ask about any other options, please email me or DM me through my Instagram page.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once I get your payment, I will reach out and let you know that I am starting to work on the project.  Please give me 2-4 weeks to complete it since I also have school work! It all depends on how big or small your purchase is. I only accept orders in Houston, Texas. I do drop-off or shipping through USPS, both depending on your location. Once you make your purchase, I will let you know how I will deliver your product. Thank you!
